# HDMI to RCA/Composite?

In order to add the ETC to my older video gear setup, I need to convert the HDMI out to RCA. I bought one of [these things](https://www.radioshack.com/products/radioshack-hdmi-to-composite-converter?gclid=Cj0KEQjwuZvIBRD-8Z6B2M2Sy68BEiQAtjYS3CddZFiYAxpzJ-j8H41tnLTLJlHOYK_uwVX5qgjqXK0aAuBt8P8HAQ) but it doesn’t seem to work… Can I make this work, or are there any other solutions? Thanks~
