I was trying to make a folder for my patches and I messed up on naming it so I went to delete it and accidentally deleted the patches folder with everything on it. How can I fix this or restore it?

It sounds like you got this sorted already, but for future reference, if you just need to replace the Patches folder, you don’t need to reflash the OS on the microSD card. Instead, you can download the current version of the Patches folder from our Github repository (https://github.com/critterandguitari/Organelle_Patches/archive/master.zip), and then upload to the microSD and unzip.
