After updating my organelle, my Midi keyboard start reading my synth patches (analog style, basic poly… etc.) with more touch sensitivity.

Is there a way to turn that velocity back up to a 100% response?

How did you update the Organelle? an OS update, or updated patches, or both?

Whether or not a patch responds to note velocity depends on the patch… there is no global setting or override.
