Hi, just checking best practice for when you have an existing patch on the organelle, it get’s an update on patchstorage.com & you want to update the existing patch.
do you delete the existing patch first then install the update? or does installing the update automatically do that?

It does not automatically do that. I think the best practice is to rename your Orhack or whatever patch to something like Orhack-backup or something similar. Then go ahead and install the new version. This gives you the ability to downgrade if there is unexpected behavior. When you’re confident that you are wanting to use just the new version, go ahead and delete the backed up one
