Hi, not trying to insult your intelligence at all – but how are you sure it is dead? I noticed several times that it is easy to put it in upside-down in most USB jacks. This would make it seem broken. Again, not giving you the classic “are you sure it is plugged in?” but something that I’m sure most people have done.

i’m pretty sure, i have two organelles, tried the usb stick on both of them, both sides,
and one of my usb drives is working great and the other one dropped dead, doesn’t show
up un my computer too, like, i’m 100% sure.
