So I found a nice little solution for an On/Off switch.
Instead of unplugging and replugging in the wall wart (after a proper shutdown, of course) you can use this:

Just shut down as usual and flip it off. When you’re ready to start back up, flip it on.
Seems to work just fine when I tested it, but I make no claims or warranties - yada yada yada…
