Orac LFO modulator

Hi! Loving ORAC 2.0, so first of all thanks for your effort @thetechnobear.
I´m posting because I don´t understand how the target works on LFO modulator and the buses. Can I have two LFO runnin at the same time and asign each one to a different module? I´ve seen the videos but that part I didnt quite get it. If anyone can enlighten me please.

yes, you can have as many LFOs as you wish…
an LFO can target multiple parameters, but multiple LFOs can not target the same parameters.

the main thing to remember when doing mod learn is :

  • once you finished learning a parameter , turn mod learn off
  • turn off other modulation sources when you are doing a mod learn
e.g.you only 1 one LFO running at a time
  • make sure the LFO does not run down to zero , as zero will stop the learn.
so make the modulation a small amount, with an offset… which is why this is the default , when you load an lfo module

its a bit finicky initially, but once you get used to it, it works ok.

honestly, the modulation system in 2.0 is a kind of stepping stone, mod learn is not as intuitive as I’d like, but it required very little ‘UI’ - so was a good starting point.
But, I plan to replace this with a more flexible and easier to use system in a later release.

that´s the key answer I was looking for. Thanks a lot. I´m playing a lot with this new Orac, soooo improved. Amazing job <3
