Sorry - i haven’t made one, but was wondering what i might look at to build such a thing? A python script to run from the organelle to send a selectable sample to a navigated-to OP-Z/1 folder in the appropriate TE format with the OP in the appropriate USB connected mode? I’d need a pysox function for the conversion?
Could possibly be also utilsed for sending kits/hits to the Volca Sample using their SDK…
