# Organelle sent for repair, 4 months later got it back the same

Just wanting to share my story, my organelle has its main encoder that sometimes didn’t respond to ticks, which isn’t the worst but quite frustrating nonetheless, it was still on warranty till ocotber '22 (back in mid-august) so i brought it back to the store and they sent it back for repair.

Got it back today (16 weeks later) paid for shipping, GREAT… but wait, the encoder is still the same, like nothing was done to it…
