PLAY-multitrack is an unofficial multitrack version of the wonderful Critter & Guitari PLAY patches for Organelle.

It keeps the sound character of the original PLAY instruments untouched and adds a four-track sequencer/looper workflow, a track mixer, bounce functions, sequence chaining, audio capture, MIDI export, and punch-in effects.

To get started, check out the README in the patch folders or here:

Does this require the new OS?

Ok folks. Just wanted to celebrate the wonderful work minz has done on the PLAY-multitrack patch

Minz recently updated the patch and has included a clever sequencing feature that allows you to record knob automation data with the ability to turn the automation on/off. The cool part is that this feature is built into the multitrack workflow (so for example, on Track 1 & 2 you can record/sequence musical data, and on track 3&4 you can stack separate knob automation data and mix these tracks in/out or on/off)

This new feature brings so much dynamism to looping! …And lets not forget to mention, that Minz has included a wonderful array of FX that can be thrown into the end of the chain to further dimensionalize your loops.

Such a great gift for ambient compositions and noodling!

Thank you Minz 💙
