# Recreate Omnichord strumplate + Organelle?

Hi all,

I’m fairly new to Organelle and hardware in general, I was wondering if it s possible to use a ribbon controller (or something else) to trigger strumming or glissando effects (like an Omnichord strumplate) while holding down chords on the Organelle ? I’d love to hear if anyone has done this and what setup worked best for you!
