Yep as andy said the samples should go at the base of the USB drive, the hierarchy should look like:

- USB drive
  - Patches\
    - [subfolders / patches / etc]

  - Media\
    - samples\
      - [\*.wav files]

If the folder is correct and you still see issues let me know.
