Sampler Patch and MIDI Keyboard Control more than 25 samples?

So I bought a Keith McMillen K Board so I could play the organelle live easier. It works great BTW and is a nice, small, cheap option. My question is: if I use the sampler patch can I add more than the 25 WAV file samples to utilize the extra keys the K board has?
