The bottom of my new organelle is twited. Is it normal?

Hi! I just received my organelle. Sadly I noticed that the bottom is twisted. It couldn’t stand stably on any of my tables. I can see with my bare eyes that the bottom is not flat. Does it happen to you? Is it typical? If not I’ll send it back for replacement.
