I currently use NI’s Komplete Audio 6 sound-card as my main audio interface and I’m wondering if I could just run one guitar cable from any of the balanced outputs 3/4 straight into the videoscope to get it to pick up any audio I’m running on my computer.

Shortess answer is Yes!
You can also use phones out and have volume control from the audio interface 😉
