Replace missing screws in bolsa bass

Hey all!

I grabbed a bolsa bass and am gently rehabbing it so it survives my kids and I putting it to paces.

I’m currently missing one base screw, one screw to hold the midi plastic pot covers (sorry not sure what you call them) and the washer and nut to hold the screw in place. I’m curious where I can find some replacements.

You can try a supplier like McMaster, but you’ll likely have to buy a pack of 50 or 100 of each.

  • ‘Base’ screw: #4 x 3/8" phillips pan head sheet metal screw
  • MIDI jack screw: #4-40 x 1.25" pan head machine screw
  • Nut: #4-40 Kep Nut
  • Washer: #4 washer
