Yes, Ive got it working on OTC… (sorry no access to an ETC, but should also work)
unfortunately, pygame.movie has been removed, so indeed you need to use moviepy with pygame, and that needed quite a few packages installed to get it working ( and took about 20-30 minutes to compile/install)
(we would also need to cross reference this against an ETC image to see what it already has and doesn’t)
on a small file its was scrubbing fine… though it was a bit slow going backwards…
that said, its the first time Ive looked at moviepy, so it may be I can find some ways to improve performance
I also need to do a bit more testing, and with some proper sized files to see if its useable.
but thats going to wait until I get a small projector for the studio at the back end of next week (and assuming it works), as got pretty bored wandering back and forth to a TV to test it
