My issue is the main encoder you do all the choosing is bugged out making it hard to quickly choose parameters. The knob spins and clicks (feels) fine, yet it’s functioning like it’s broken often landing above or bellow the actual thing you’re trying to choose. Has anyone had this problem and any idea how to go about fixing it as it’s way passed the warranty?

Is your Organelle an ‘M’ or ‘S’? If so, we updated the OS with an improved algorithm for reading the encoder data. It requires reflashing the SD card with a new version of the OS (OS 4.2). Reflashing will erase everything on the SD card so be sure to back up any patches/files before you reflash.
