Organelle stops at 99% when booting

Hi everyone.

I accidentally formatted the original 8gb SD card that came with my Organelle (2018) and now, when I try to turn it on, it boosts until it stops at 99%. Of course I have no access to the menu. I know I have to use an Etcher program to burn the OS images, but I somehow really don’t know what to do, specifically.
I’m using Windows 10.
