I wanted to update this thread in case it helps someone else.
I couldn’t manage to get the tool I linked to above to work for me. But I found some information in this thread about using LLM tools to create Eyesy modes. I tried asking ChatGPT to change the code so I could preview it on my computer without an Eyesy device. It works Ok (I think), not perfect but good enough that I can experiment with tweaks.
It seems to do best with simple requests, more complicated ideas get wonky pretty fast.
