Yep as andy said the samples should go at the base of the USB drive, the hierarchy should look like:

  • USB drive
    • Patches\
      • [subfolders / patches / etc]
    • Media\
      • samples\
        • [*.wav files ]

If the folder is correct and you still see issues let me know.
