Checking out the C&G mic for a recording project. My take is that it is a great all-purpose mic. I’m wondering if anyone who has used it can compare it to another more mainstream microphone for reference. Is it in any way comprable to an SM57? Or maybe a mainstream compressor mic? Is it very much its own thing? Still looking forward to getting a couple either way. Just curious if it has any analogs that can help me figure out the best ways to use it. Thanks!
