My organelle is getting crazy...?!?!need help

Hey there, working on my new organelle all works well and suddenly it is just not responding and making crazy noises…then comes back to normal and doing it again and again…(when doing that even volume is not responding)…
++also, often not loading 100%; blocks at 99% and so we have to restart it over and over till it loads++

Any way to reboot the organelle?
Any idea of something we should try before returning it to company?

The only way to reboot is power cycling it, which you have done. So unfortunately this sounds like a hardware problem… can you contact us here about return / repair. Thanks
