This can be done through Orac. It’s a beast of a patch but it is well worth getting to know. It allows you to process input signals with the quarter inch jack or onboard microphone on the M and S models while sequencing multiple synthesizers/samplers with effects. There are multiple support threads from @thetechnobear but here’s a link to a previous thread which links to a tutorial I did for it but ai plan on redoing it in the near future and producing some more formal written documentation.
