Samplenest

Yep the first key on page 1 selects the sample. All the parameters on the first two pages can be set independently for the 12 samples.

I know this is ancient and you probably won’t respond but I’m having a ton of trouble: I have the file hierarchy as Media to samples to wav, an none of the samples show up. I navigate to the first window, press keyboard button 1 and turn knob one all at once, no sound and no sample list. I reuploaded the patch to make sure that the sample file was installed before downloading the patch. I am doing everything right seemingly and no sound on this patch. I love the idea and I truly want to use this in my songs, but it’s not working. Am I doing anything wrong? Can you help me?

Hi, can you confirm your samples are located like:
media/samples/{your filename}*.wav
*
”media” should be lowercase I think

I can confirm this except for media being lowercase. I doubt that it’s just that, but i’ll check

I have both made media lowercase, and have the right file order. I am still not hearing or seeing any indication that the sample is there. Are there any other potential reasons or is this just not going to work on a 2016 Organelle?

DISCLAIMER: This mainly applies to samplenest and how to get samples into there. If it’s different for other patches lmk

So I double check that I got the file format right, the little holding the button and turning the knob slightly, the capitalizing of the letters. I checked everything, did everything I was supposed to do and samplenest still does not recognize any samples or make any noise. Has anyone else had this problem??? Please help

Are you using a USB drive or the internal SD for the patch/samples? (this was developed/tested with everything on USB)

@EmiliaBedilia Can you share a screenshot showing the file browser where the
‘media/samples/xxxxx.wav’ files are located?

There are some bitesize samples that I put in USB and a whole song that I plan on chopping up in SD. None of them seem to be in samplenest. No noise.

Yep ^_^, if this is what you mean than here it is (these came out really tiny you might have to zoom in)
