I got and organelle (first edition) and I want to upgrade the firmware on the SD card, so I need a new and bigger micro sd card. Can I use any card with the organelle ?

Any quality microSD card will work (those made by SanDisk, Toshiba, etc.). We use 8GB cards with Class 4 speed. It is probably best to stick with Class 4 speed - you can go higher than 4 but you don’t need to.
The title of your post refers to Organelle M but the body of your post refers to the first edition. I just want to make sure you download and flash the correct disk image:
