My selector knob has a problem, doesn’t scroll properly. I was wondering if I could change the pot myself? What kind of pot would I need?

Mine sometimes feels like that too… is this particular encoder the only option or curious if there are others compatible. Is there a way to make the operation of an encoder type of knob quieter (in it’s physical operation) if a user wanted to mod it to achieve this?

I’d love to mod that touch encoder to something quieter! My wife goes nuts if I’m using it in the same room as her with my headphones on!

If you scroll really fast the encoder may miss a step. Scrolling at a regular pace should yield consistent results.
No, there’s no modification for this.
