Holy wow please help. For some reason, the tuning knob on my Septavox is not expressing a full octave. When the knob is maxed out, the pitch is correct. But when the knob is at its minimum, the pitch is almost exactly a perfect fifth down from top pitch. It’s hard to describe. I have literally taken the entire instrument apart and put it back together trying to fix this and have had no luck.

Is this a setting? Am I missing something here? I tried contacting C&G and have not heard back. Pleaaase help.
