Thought this would be simple but trying out a few different things created an unearthly mess of a patch but it works I think! Using a knob for page selection, editing knob behaviour and using a knob for different effects were fun challenges.
Purpose of patch, though, is to create your own waveshape and sound with ADSR then chuck some chorus on it and play it loud
