Hi,
I’ve just received a used Organelle (advertised as working correctly). When I power it up it freezers at “Starting 99%”.
Could I easily reinstall the operating system?, which may fix this issue or should I send it back as faulty?.

Oh, bit of a bad luck to start, but don’t despair! Might just be as simple as to re-insert the SD card, (near the power connector) gently take it out and insert it again same way; and start again
