1008 on Organelle M won't work properly

I’m using organelle M and 1008 won’t work properly.
seq2 and pb-1 won’t work.
Boot 1008 from USB, it will work normally.
What’s going on?

Is this problem caused by kernel…? Do we have to update raspberry pi’s OS?

Hi, no, it is a patch-specific issue. Can you try the revised version of 1008 below? Sequencer 2 was replaced by Sequencer 3 and the issue with the Polybeats was resolved.
