Hi. Really love this patch for using it for live sampling. However…
I can not get my dumper/sustain pedal to trigger the record arm though… Nothing happens with my pedal connected. I have the Amazon basic peal with switchable polarity and I tried BOTH polarity, but nothing happens.
The pedal works fine with the other patch (like, basic sampler), so I know that the pedal is good.
If anyone can help me with this issue, I would really appreciate it.
I am using Organelle M version 4 with “Children of Sample, revision 2.0”

Hi, this version of the patch does not have a foot switch control unfortunately.

It is unfortunate that the such a basic but important function has been removed.
Could you tell me how I can customize the PD to add this function back ?
I have almost no knowledge of PD programming, but I can open the main.pd file and add a few lines of code, I suppose.

Hi @takeishi we just pushed a new version of the Children of Sample patch. A connected foot switch can now ‘Arm’ and Stop audio recording. Download here:
