ETC hdmi not recognised by rode video s but output on TV

Help !
my old CG - ETC hdmi is not recognised by the ‘rode video s’ but outputs on TV when i connect it directly and wondering what the issue may be ? Grateful for any advice.
Thanks,

Adrian

I had a similar issue with an HDMI-USB converter, which I could solve by booting the ETC on a monitor and then unplug the HDMI cable from the monitor and plug it into the converter. Might be worth a try with the Rode.

Thanks - I tried all re-routing options but finally got an upscaler on Amazon for 34€ and it works - I guess only little thing is the device info stays on screen for about 10 seconds before clearing but it works and then ready to go ! Maybe interesting
