EYESY Wifi Password Help!

I’ve recently purchased EYESY, with the new OS (V3.0).

The wifi password where I’m setup uses the percent symbol (%)… however this isn’t available on the onscreen keyboard. Now that I’m looking, neither are !@#$^&*() …is there a way to access these characters?
