Set precise BPM on critter and guitari - pocket piano

Hey Guys,

I am trying to record my pocket piano into logic and I am wondering if there is a way to figure out BPM.

Or control the precise BPM from a midi controller?

If you have the MIDI version of the Pocket Piano you can drive the computer BPM from pocket piano or vice versa. You will also need a MIDI interface…

If not you can set your tempo a tiiiiny bit slower than you want, then use the “convert region to new sampler track” let it slice by transient and then quantize the midi =)
