Hello,
I received my brand new Eyesy yesterday but it seems to be having an issue. I have it plugged into a display via HDMI and have audio feeding the input, and when I turn it on I see the colorful screen followed by the Eyesy screen. It shows items loading in the lower left corner but after getting to “Loading T- Trigon Traveller” the screen goes completely black. I’m not able to pull up the On Screen Display or make anything appear by pressing any of the buttons. Power cycling it repeats this.
I did insert the USB/Wifi and held shift to load in AP mode, and could connect to it on my computer. The following is the log, it appears to reference an unsupported file type. Am I doing something wrong, or is there anything I can do to make this work? Or do I need to seek out returning the unit? Thanks! -Patrick
