USB-C Disk Mode Issue

Hey Chris-

Hope you had a good weekend.

Here is the video of me attempting disk mode.

In this video I power up using the pp201.

the unit usually powers on automatically when connected to my laptop.

Hi @kellybest, thanks for the video in your email. I’m glad we figured out that the reason Disk Mode was not initiating for you was due to pressing the incorrect keys!

Hi all - im having the same issue. I just got a 201 and wanted to try and load some new patches/ samples. But when plugged in from USBC to the A of my MacBook M1. It never appears. It’s resetting to purple and making the little click noise. But it never shows up?

Any ideas?

Hi, to confirm, are you holding the high C# + D# + F# keys and then press Shift key to enter Disk Mode?

I ask because holding the high E + F + G keys and then Shift will relaunch the mother patch resulting in the LEDs going back to purple too, but without Disk Mode being launched.
