Black screen after loading

Please forgive me if this problem has been mentioned before. but I can’t seem to find an answer for my issue.

I was in the editor trying to upload a new picture to play with and I clicked “start video”. That is when the display started showing just black screen. I clicked “start video” and “stop video” a few more times and it still showed nothing on the display. However when I turned off Eyesy and back on again, I see colorful screen followed by the Eyesy screen. But no Eyesy modes or any visuals.

What did I do wrong here? Can somebody please help me? Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

When you boot up the EYESY in AP mode, are you able to access the Editor again? Do you see any messages in the console?

I am able to access the Editor but I do not see any messages in the console.

I can’t get re-connected to the Editor when I re-boot the EYESY. All the credential were correctly entered in my computer’s WIFI network settings as manual suggested.
