Can’t download patches after Organelle 4.0 Update (Organelle 1)

DISCLAIMER: I have an Organelle 1 so I assume that makes things a bit different

okay so I downloaded the organelle 4.0 update onto my SD card, and I made a Patches folder in the USB with the right font and made sure all the little files were in the folder of the patch itself

So I tried to download the patch and it just doesn’t appear on my organelle even if I reload, only the factory patches do. How do I get the patches to show up or if I’m doing the entire thing wrong, how do I do it right? Again, I have an Organelle 1 so the WiFi stuff is complicated, so preferably without the WiFi stuff but if I have to I will.

…assuming you burned the disk image from the steps here: https://critterandguitari.github.io/cg-docs/Organelle/og1/#71-burning-sd-card-disk-image, can you confirm that it is running OS 4.0? You can check your OS version in Settings/Info.
