Is it possible to have the mode change via CC values instead of Program Change?
Unfortunately this is not possible. Only program change messages change mode.
Is there one midi trig that can change to the next mode? Tried out what is described in the manual, but didnt got it to work. Ill controll my ETC from the Octatrack, via midi and audio inputs.
