Anyone had good experience with a mic plugged into the input of the organelle?
I’m imagining that any dynamic mic (not requiring phantom power) would work fine if an XLR to 1/4" cable was used.
A dynamic mic should work just fine. I’ve been using a condenser mic with phantom power and adjusting the signal through my 4 track.
Yeah, most any dynamic mic should work fine. If you use a XLR to 1/4" adapter, make sure that the 1/4" jack is mono (unbalanced), with just tip and sleeve. Otherwise the adapter might be balanced, and will not work with the Organelle’s input.
