Multichannel sequencer / modular environment

Hi!. I’m checking out how far can I go porting my patches to Organelle and taking advantage of having a display and hardware buttons and knobs. IT feels really great so far…!
In the display, there is already feedback about the channel that you are editing and then per channel you can select to edit the sequence, the synth, insert FX, mixer section with send FX and trig conditions. My idea is to make it as “intuitive” and fun to use as possible but also multi-channel and feature packed.

I’m still working on this patch but once I have a stable version, I will make it available. I will make also proper documentation explaining all the keyboard functions and how easy is also to edit the patch itself and make another environment with other configuration of samplers / loopers / effects, etc

The pd gui, although useless during performances, it helps to understand the hierarchy of the objects and also it gets mapped automatically to the knobs / display.

greetings!

Here S3rquencer acting as multi-timbral additional synth for op-z.
From op-z it’s possible to sequence pitch in the different channels and also control and automate parameters via cc. at the same time, op-z sound can get into s3rquencer and get further processed, mixed and routed into the same send FX / mastering FX than the other channels.

This looks really cool @Servandob. I’m excited to learn more about it. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks Owen!, I will start handing out beta versions soon and then with feedback and suggestions on the main project I will do a nice documentation and then I will release it and shortly after I will release also addons / abstractions like synth clones, Fx, etc… but I’m pretty open about things… Feel free to Pm me and we could talk more about this. greetings!. Btw, Thanks for making this “puredata dream” to become true…

Please, I hope, you make this okay for Organelle 1.

Or, make a simplified version for the Organelle 1.

As you can see in the picture I just have an organelle-1  I try to make things as efficient as possible so with 4 synths and 3 samplers running and 2 fx + VnC showing interface and I still don’t reach 40% cpu…

Ahhaa, finally I would be able to control my 0-Coast with the Organelle. This is truly great! When?

Hi @nicolasbulb
I’m working super hard this days in order to get it finished as soon as possible!. But then the documentation is also important (1 xtra day I hope…).
Ohh, the beloved 0-coast… I regret selling mine. It’s without doubt my favorite analog synth…

Improvising with just two sequencers. (out of 7 directly available…)
One of the Strengths of S3rquencer is the ability to manipulate sequences in many ways. the muting and unmuting of channels amongst other things can be done from external pc keyboard but also from the organelle interface

OK, “Early Bird” access:

Works pretty nicely now. It has punch in Master Fx, lots of visual feedback about what’s going on in the sequences, mutes, etc…
“quickstart guide” is included with the patch and can be seen also here together with some videos:
http://servando.teks.no/?patches/
I will be updating according to the feedback of the backers / patreons. and later on I will also be releasing more killer features that are already done but they just miss the screen / knobs interface. . Amongst them: Audio looper, Emulation synths, Insert FX and Automation!!. It sounds like a lot of stuff but currently this patch just takes around 30% cpu in an organelle-1.

Im interested!
question, will there be paid updates?

basic updates will be free but “modules” like this roland Sh-101 emulation, Analog 4’ish emulation, looper module… etc
will have a symbolic “beer price” And will be offered as independent Organelle patch + S3rquencer module. They are done and running but They have to be adapted to the organelle interface + “screenless operation” and also I want to make a “decent” documentation for them.
