I’m fairly slow when it comes to technical stuff so please bear with me, I’m assuming I need to invest in a mixer to connect both my audio source & Eyesy into to use this? Or what’s the recommendation for setup with this pedal?

Are you wanting to know how to send an audio signal to the Eyesy?
You could use something as simple as a Y cable that splits your audio into two outputs.
There is a setting under the shift button that allows you to change the volume of the audio input from 0 to 300% so it can work with a wide range of input volumes.
I use a mixer because I have several audio sources I want to send at the same time.
