isn’t it possible to go Octaves UP/Down while playing?
Iam wondering how to do that! 
any Hints?
This is something that would depend on the patch you are playing. There is no global button or function to shift keyboard up or down.
You can also use a MIDI controller to get a wider range of notes. Any class compliant MIDI controller will work. Here’s a clip of an Alesis Q49 controlling the Organelle:
