I had visual problems with my Eyesy so I attempted to take out the SD card to blow on it and reinsert but when I went to put the card back in it has fallen through the gap between the port and the case and is rattling around inside. I will have to open up the case and remove the card to then put it back properly, I am just checking if anyone else has had this problem and if so any problem opening or closing the case again.

Yes, if you remove the any USB connections and then unscrew the four screws along the bottom, the bottom half of the enclosure will be free to remove.
