Resurrecting an old thread. I just received a “new” 5 Moons today from an authorized retailer.
I experienced the same problems as described in the original post.
I put the 5 Moons in disk mode and learned there was no PD folder. Only a PD-mono folder. I suspect someone had put the stereo update on the unit and then removed it. But they forgot to rename the original PD folder.
I put a PD folder from the stereo update onto the card and restarted the unit. That fixed it.
Very strange, but I’m happy it’s working now.
