I’ve started using my 201 to control a behringer pro800 over MIDI and I’m seeing constant control change signalling (haven’t figured out which cc it is) when idle which make changing a preset patch quite tricky. The pro800 can’t do more than one thing at once so if it’s receiving cc changes it can’t change patch at the same time (even manually). It happens with all the 201’s presets (all recently added from patchstorage) so I presume it’s not just a rogue preset. Is this a known feature of the 201?
Do you have a sequence running on the 201? Sequences can be made solely of knob adjustments so the 201 could be sending CCs from a sequence like that.

Not that I can tell but I will try to reset them to factory anyway (I don’t really use them but I did buy the 201 second hand so possible that something was changed)
out of interest does it always start up in a preset? there are 10 in the folder - presume I can just delete these to be on the safe side?
With used instruments, we always recommend that a new owner reflash the SD card with the ‘factory’ OS. Instructions for this are in the manual.
