Reccomending any particular USB’s for my organelle to handle the (OCT) video hacks?

assuming you mean OTC, then my recommendations are:

  • a decent USB stick - something by SanDisk, i think mine is this one

  • a Wifi stick (optional, but useful for editing) , see here
