So i’ve never been able to get a network working on a mac but i was successful on a Windows machine, SO i was able to transmit an Ableton link Signal over the network BUT i dont know if its working.

what are my expectations with ableton link, should i be seeing movement? am i missing something?
The modes that come loaded on the EYESY are divided into two categories: scopes (S) and triggers (T). Scopes mostly display sound waveforms and won’t react to trigger events. You should see movement on the trigger modes as long as LINK is selected as the trigger. (press shift button and use knob to select trigger source)
