ALSA problem with Organelle M

Hello everyone!
I’ve checked and searched on the forum but didn’t find anything.
I am with the new Organelle M and suddenly the audio stop functioning, I have no signal on the outputs neither at the onboard speaker and there no signs of life to the input.
i have this message on the Pd monitor:

ALSA input error (snd_pcm_open): No such file or directory
ALSA output error (snd_pcm_open): No such file or directory

What could I’ve be doing wrong to mess with the system? I actually did nothing exept patching following all the rules.

Do things work when you restart the Organelle? There are a few things that might cause it, hard to know exactly. But it should be back to normal upon restart.

Hi! Thanks for the reply.

Nope, things stay the same when I restart it. I’ve also disconneted everything and connect everything back. I also expelled the SD card and put it back (with the instrument turned off of course) but nothing!

To confirm, are you able to run patches? (not edit them) but just run them without monitor or anything connected? or is there no audio no matter what?

When everything is disconnected I can hear the sound both from speacker and line outs and the patches load (it seems) properly.
